On that occasion, we decided to buy a new house straight from a builder, but some years later, when we decided to move to a bigger house, Matt was the first person I called, and I'm so glad I did! We couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our home. We met with Warren in our home and he had an estimated market value and synopsis of an add to sell our house within one day. Our house was sale agreed within 9 days and everything was fully wrapped up within 2.5 months of Warren calling out to have a look at our house.
